Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out including dressing/ trimming sides and leveling/grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays, struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point where directed complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Outdoor Non-sealed type Mineral oil immersed Distribution Transformer ISI marked (IS-1180:2014) Step up/Step down, Copper wound , having Primary side voltage at 11 kV, 3 Phase and secondary side voltage at 433 Volts, 3-Phase, 50 Hz frequency of Capacity 500 KVA with following specifications:-

(i) No load Voltage ratio : 11000/433-250 Volts

(ii) No of Phase - Three

(iii) Type of Cooling - ONAN

(iv) Frequency - 50 c/s

(v) Vector Group - DYn11

(vi) Indoor or Outdoor type : Outdoor type

(vii) Application of Transformer : Distribution

(viii) Basic insulation level : 75 KVp

(ix) No of Tap position on HV Side ( offload & manual operated) : 7

(x) Tapping range : +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5%

(xi) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additonal for neutral brought out on a bushing

(xii) Oil level gauge indicating oil level at minimum, 30°C and maxImum operating temperature

(xiii) Rating and terminal marking plates

(xiv) Lifting lugs

(xv) Dehydrating Breather with dehydrating agent.

(xvi) Cable end box - HV - open terminal types bush fot HT connection & LV side (box type with brass cable gland)

Note: 1. The transformer shall be ISI marked with energy efficiency level -2 category and having BEE certification. Routine and type test cerificatete (as per IS-2026) shall be produced by the tenderer. Certification from BIS and BEE shall be produced against the manufacturer.

2. Any subsequent amendment to IS or Govt notification on the subject shall be assumed as implemented in the schedule mentioned above on the date of supply.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm 3½ core including taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor temination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to equipment by using GI strips of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, checknut & washers of galvanised iron all shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule and connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed including earth pit of size 30cmx30cmx45cm made of PCC 1:3:6 and PCC 1:2:4 cover, funnel, Gl tubing etc. & testing on completion including taking out the old unserviceable earthing all as specified and directed. Note : The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI Pipe (light grade) for watering, 40mm Gl protection pipe (light grade), funnel wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cernent concrete, 50 mm thick precast RCC M-25 (Design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and Cl frame etc and including provision of test point , connecting to test point and testing on completion etc complete all as specified NOTE: The unit rate include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 6.5 metre from top of earth plate

Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.
