Removing & Repair of external loose plaster: Tap the surface with a hammer to identify and address any loose cement. plaster or concrete damage on the exterior of the buildings, such as parapets, chajjas, pardis, etc., and any cracks resulting from expansion and contraction. Mark and remove loose plaster using mechanical devices or manual methods at any height, ensuring thorough cleaning of the surface. M & L apply a 15 mm thick, sand-faced two-coat plaster (10 & 5 MM) in the ratio of 1:4, mixed with Dr. Fixit or equalavant make as mentioned below Pidiproof LW+, an integral waterproofing compound, at a rate of 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement. This should be applied over the bond coat prepared with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP and cement in a 1:1 ratio by weight of the cement. Finish the application with curing and other necessary procedures to complete the process. Note :- Work will be executed trough Dr Fixit applicator / Asion Paints applicator / Shalimar applicator/ Berger applicator

Complete Removal of existing treatment by mechanical device machine (ie. Old heritage paint/exterior paint/whitewash/cement base or any material) of wall surface of any height including necessay arrangements of scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Work will be executed trough Dr Fixit applicator / Asion Paints applicator / Shalimar applicator/ Berger applicator

M & L Filling all cracks up to 3 mm in width should be opened up 5mm making the V groove and fill with Dr. Fixit Crack X Paste. Apply the primer coat prepared with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste and water in 1:1 proportion over the crack surface. Fill cracks with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste or equivalent make as mentioned below when the surface is tacky and not dried completely with a spatula or putty knifes and level with the surface. For Large cracks more than 5mm and separation gaps use polymer-modified mortar (PMM) mixed with Dr. Fixit Dr. Fixit or equalivant make as mentioned below Pidicrete URP 10% by weight of cement after making the V groove or by Dr. Fixit or equalivant make as mentioned below Polymer Modified Mortar HB. including necessay arrangements of scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Work will be executed trough Dr Fixit applicator / Asion Paints applicator / Shalimar applicator/ Berger applicator

M & L Sealing exterior windows: Blade to scratch away any sealant that is still sticks poorly on the exterior window periphery joints. Providing and applying Feviseal Multipurpose Siliconized Acrylic Sealant including fixing the masking tape on both sides of joint leaving exact gap for filling. Immediately after filling the joint, the sealant tooled either with pallet knife or similar tool of required size. Note :- Work will be executed trough Dr Fixit applicator

M & L Exterior Waterproof Coating: Providing and applying two coats of Dr. Fixit or equalivant make as mentioned below Raincoat Neo without water dilution. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours to achieve a DFT of up to 100 microns. Allow the coating to fully cure for 7 days. The material has the following technical properties: a hairline crack bridging up to 0.50mm; elongation of >100% as per ASTMD 412; tensile strength of 1.50 MPa per ASTM D 412; pull-off adhesion of 1.5 MPa as per ASTM D4541. The system comes with a 5-year waterproofing and 5-year paint performance warranty from applicator. Complete all as specified and directed Note :- Work will be executed trough Dr Fixit applicator / Asion Paints applicator / Shalimar applicator/ Berger applicator

M & L painting a light or very pastel colour or shade, or dark to pastel shades, apply one additional coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Neo or equalivant make as mentioned below without dilution with the recommended coverage.Complete all as specified and directed Note :- Work will be executed trough Dr Fixit applicator / Asion Paints applicator / Shalimar applicator/ Berger applicator

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 NOTE :-sunshed and roof projection to be constructed as per drawing shown in sketch 'P' and 'Q' attached

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over of redoxide zinc chrome coat complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain/corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in sunshed , projection chajja, roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :-sunshed and roof projection to be constructed as per drawing shown in sketch 'P' and 'Q' attached

M & L Hilty anchorage fastener bolt (10mm dia) 150mm long incl adeshive/ reqd chemical as per Hilty manufacturers instruction complete. Note :- Rates are included of all requiside material, man power, T & P to complete the job. Work will be executed as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L fly ash brick work with modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and fair, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water at any height etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition cement Concrete (reinforced) of any descriptions (CHHAJJA etc) in any position incl cut to reinforcement and make good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and repairing the damaged concrete portion with single compnent, fibre reinforced, dual shrinkage- compensated thyrotrophic, cementious patch repair mortar (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications as per manufacture) capable of applying 25 mm thick in single layer initially by hand and finishing with trowed carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average specified thickness inclusive of manpower , material complete as per directions by engineer - in - charge. Make:-Dr Fixit, Master Emaco 5348 of BASF Renderoc HB-60 of Fosroc/Sikadur 41 of Sika or equivalent. Make as approved by GE from list of makes.

M & L incl taking down old spout (pipe 110 mm dia) and fixing only in parapet wall of terrace and filled /treat with Dr fixit ready mixed water proof concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 110 mm dia bore. PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints, fixed in wall/ floor/ trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 75mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints, fixed in wall/floor/ trenches complete all as specified and directed.
