Excavation over areas n exc 1.5 m deep in soft/ loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5 m and n exc 3.00 m deep in soft/ loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide n exc 1.5 m deep in soft/ loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, manholes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide but exc 1.5 m deep up to 3mtr depth in soft/ loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, manholes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and exc 1.5 m in depth but n.exc 3mtr depth and getting out. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for such as cover slab of manholes and septic tank, etc, reinforcement cut as required to facilite demolition complete all as specified and directed

Taking out liquid/solid content from sump/septic tank and sewage lines using vehicle mounted sewer suction machine (Honey sucker) or through mechanically operated jetting system only including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area including cleaning thoroughly with fresh water complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Suction Unit shall be capable of syphoning out mud and slurry, grit and other material from sanitary, storm and sewerage systems from a depth of minimum 8 m.

Pumping out sludge including/dewatering, and cleaning of septic tank, manholes of any size by taking out mud/sludge/musk etc of any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 m and n.exc 500 m and deposited where directed in and including borrow pits and covering the borrow pits with 15cms thick layer of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of sewage line, Manholes, of various diameter and depth and floor/Nahani gully traps water closet of various size in buildings located with the following :- (a) Cleaning and removal of blockage/clogging in sewer lines including rodding by manual/machineries.(b) manholes.(c) floor/Nahani/Gully traps. (d) Removal of blockage/clogging in all water closets. (e) Removal of sludge obtained from Item Ser No 9(a) to 9(d) shall be properly removed to a pit and filled up with earth and spraying of lime as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes (i) The unit rate quoted by the tenderer is inclusive of requirement of number of persons for attending day to day maintenance of sewer lines and manholes etc. The requirement shall be assessed by the tenderer and accordingly the unit rates shall be arrived at. No extra cost whatsoever shall be admissible on this account. (ii) The following areas of unit shall be maintained by the contractor under the item No 1 mentioned above. (ab) OTM Accn of19 AD Regt, 707 TSU, 955 AD Regt Wksp, 4021 LT/AD Bty at GMS under AGE B/R-II (iii) The contractor shall provide the sufficient number(Minimum two) of labourers for the above works and they should report daily in the morning at 08.30 AM to AGE B/R-II office to cleaning and moping the offices and sweeping of AGE B/R-II area thereafter receive complain slip for rectification of complain whichever is as under the item No 9(a) to (e) in case the contractor failed to complete the complaint given within two days from the date of receiving complaint slip, a penalty of Rs 1500/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor. The contractor shall providing and engaging minimum two (02) persons for keeping fully smooth functional of the sewage lines/sewage system etc. and any type of blockages by manually or through pumping or mechanical sucker/modified tractor etc and keeping area clean, neat and tidy with use of brooms and T&P throughout the day i.e from 0830hrs to 1700hrs complete all as specified and all as directed. Note:- (i) Period of maintaining the sewage line starts after the date of physically completion of the work entntire work shall be carried out in the areas under AGE B/R-II for OTM Accomodation or 19 AD Regt, 707 TSU, 955 AD Regt Wksp, 4021 LT/AD Btyetc, or other units as and when required basis at Gopalpur Mil Stn area under AGE B/R-II . Note- (i) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P equipment, safety devices etc to full fill the requirment to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note (ii) The pump/mechanical sucker and all other necessary requirement at site for cleaning the same will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost on this ground Note (iii) The personnel engaged under this item will be available/report to office of AGE B/R-II at 0830 hrs to receive complaint slip for rectification of complaint whichever is as under the item No 9(a) to (e) in case the contractor failed to complete the complaint given within two days from the date of receiving complaint slip, a penalty of Rs 1500/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor Note (iv) If the persons are found absent, no payment will be made for that calendar days and In addition a penal recovery will be made double the rate quoted against the day.Note (v) Any dispute related to above shall be discussed with accepting officer and his decission shall be final Note (vi) Comprehensive maintenance of sewage line, Manholes, of various diameter and depth and floor/Nahani/ gully traps water closet of various size in buildings located as above
