25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor or roof and finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. including grinding and polishing with rounding to edges of stone slabs one edg complete over and including 10mm thick backing coat CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

10 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 including finishing even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

15 mm thick rendering into two layers consisting 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 followed by 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for water proofing treatment to the sunken portion area of each sunken portion with removing of exiting treatment with demolition of existing floor any type up to depth nexc 0.6m including filling of floor with PCC (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate WC & P/S trap and cleaning with wire brush, one coat of bitumen @ 1.7 Kg per sqm , 15mm th plaster in CM 1:4 on all sides portion, one 450mm long 32 mm dia spout .water proofing powder 3% mixed by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.
