Chipping the existing damaged concrete surface without damaging the existing structure and roughening the surface carefully including disposing the debris to a faraway place as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including all labour charges, lead, lift, scaffolding charges, cost of safety appliances etc complete.
Applying Nito zinc primer coating or equivalent chemical to the exposed reinforcement rods, applying bonding agent viz. Nitobond SBR coating to the exposed old concrete surface, providing Rendroc R G micro concrete mixed with water and sand of suitable plastering consistency to the damaged area, finishing the surface neatly, working with all safety equipment, including providing scaffolding arrangement, cost of materials, charges for safety appliances, all labour charges, curing charges, all lead & lift, conveyance of materials etc., complete.
Supplying the following chemicals for the application of old concrete surface and exposed reinforcement in the fan stacks of Unit -IV including cost of materials, lead, lift, etc., complete. 1. Nitozinc primer to the exposed rods. 2. Nito bond EP to the exposed old concrete. 3. Renderoc RG as micro concrete.
