Demolition of (un-reinforced) cement concrete of any description or as roof padding and covering concrete with app membrane/ rendering on parapet wall/ roof treatment and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal all the debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cement concrete/ brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof including segregating and stacking serviceable brick tiles and removal of unserviceable brick tiles/ brick bats and rubbish outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing mud plaster/ tarfelt including roof treatment bedding on brick or stone surfaces on roof/ parapet wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roofs any thickness including mud plastering (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removal to a distance exceeding 100 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/ Sqm on floor/ roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding on roof to maintain desired slope, roof kerb, benching and the like; finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning new or old plastered or concrete surface and applying water proofing treatment to horizontal surface of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384: 1986 @ 0.30 litre/ sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) A layer of minimum 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/ sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/ sqm) duly sealed at overlaps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. (c) Finally finished with a coat of bitumastic aluminium paint over the membrane.

M&L for cleaning the new or old plastered or concrete surface and applying water proofing treatment to vertical surface consisting as under including removal of old existing membrane:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384: 1986 @ 0.30 litre/ sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) A layer of minimum 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/ sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/ sqm) duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. (c) Finally finished with a coat of bitumastic aluminium paint over the membrane.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on roof laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement and complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 11.00 above (but except brick tiles). Notes: (i) Old serviceable ties as obtained from Serial item No. 2.00 above shall be reused. (ii) The cost of cleaning and washing of brick tiles for re-use shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22cm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall and making good the mouth of rain water pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, fixed with solvent cement in any position as per site requirement complete all as specified.

M&L disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres, draining out of water, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair/ cleaning and removing accumulated sludge/ dirt scales from bottom & sides and from mouths of circulating pipes of service tanks located on roof of building and disinfecting the tank using bleaching powder to make the tank bacteria free, writing by stencil date of cleaning of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground ‘Cleaned on (date)’; height of words 100mm and hoisting if required, refixing and reconnecting in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 16.00 above but capacity exceeding 500 litres & not exceeding 1000 litres.

S&F galvanised steel water tubing 15mm bore medium grade including provision of all pipe fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, plugs, sockets etc. fixed to walls, concealed in walls/ ceilings or laid in floors etc, including taking up or down the existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel water tubing 20mm bore medium grade including provision of all pipe fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, plugs, sockets etc. fixed to walls, concealed in walls/ ceilings or laid in floors etc, including taking up or down the existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins/ arches/ pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish/ debris outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) as in full brick thick wall, including demolition of old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/ concrete surfaces of walls mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction @3% of cement weight, complete all as specified and directed.
