Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 metres lead : Thickness up to 40 mm. (Recovery to be made on steel volume equipment to @ 3% of the volume of concrete to be dismantl and accordingly rate shoud be quoted.)

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. (Recovery to be made on steel volume equipment to @ 3% of the volume of concrete to be dismantled and accordingly rate shoud be quoted.) ( Quantity as per Item No 3,7,13,17,21,25 of Detail Approved Estimate)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 20.00km for all lifts, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Item No 4,10,16,20,24,26)

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineerin-charge.

Cutting of RCC Staircase slab by diamond cutting saw machine up to maximum 200mm thickness of slab

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Demolishing brickwork including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels ( Quantity as per Item No 9,14,18,22 of Detaile Approved Estimate )

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete ,excluding the cost ofvcentering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level; 1;1.5;3 (1 cement ;1.5coarse sand(zone - III) derived from natural sources ; 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Removal of unserviceable members of old water supply scheme, like G.I. Pipes, motors, pump sets etc, including cutting by gas cutter machine at original location to the required size and lifting the same using hydraulic excavator, loding in tipper truck and carriage as directed including unloading and stacking

Demolishing the plastering from walls/ R.C.C. and P.C.C. members without causing any damage to the wall/ member upto any height including disposal of debris as directed for all levels: Quantity as per Item No15,19,23, of Detail approved Estimate)
