Should have Satisfactory completed as a prime Contractor, at least one similar work to an extent of 80% (Rs. 123.00 Lakhs.) of the cost of the work in the last five years.

Site visit certificate : For getting site visit certificate the bidders has to bring original documents and should be submitted to Estate Officer for scrutiny of the documents on or before 25.7.2026 upto 2-00 PM (last date for submission of tender)

The selected tenderer/firm has to complete all the works well in advance and hand over the completed work 48 hours before the start of the event. In case of delay, which attracts penalty of 10% will be imposed per day on the contract value.
Agency should run DG Set for entire event and provide new control panel/boards & switch gears as per ISI standards and Electrical Inspectorate

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 21-22, 22-23, 23-24 , 24-25 & 25-26) achieved in at least two financial years average annual financial turn over of Rs. 308.00 Lakhs
Liquid Assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.51.00 lakhs (Credit lines /letter of Credit /Certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement, etc
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements, IT returns copies and auditors reports for the last five years.
