Maintenance and servicing of 12 KV VCB Panel, trolley and PT Servicing opening out HT cable termination joints, checking and cleaning all the spares of VCB to avoid any chances of flashing / burning due to loose connection, replacement of all bolts, nuts & washers (if found damaged due to flashing) with new one (anodised) of existing size, testing and calibration of earth fault and over load relays complete after re-connection of all dismantled cables and again testing after re-charging the VCB complete all as specified and as directed. Note : i) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for the labour element involved in replacing the spares as mentioned herein below. (ii). The spares replaced shall be measured and paid as supply only items herein below. The spares shall be of the existing makes of spares, duly approved by the GE.
