Operating Power Warge on Hine in Rainy Season at Mant Babugarh Ghat Ferry on Yamuna River in District Mathura

Power Warge on Hire having double engine and capacity to load 150 passengers and 100 cycles including its P.O.L and wages of staff as per conditions from sunrise to sunset everyday. Terms & Conditions : 1. Power warge has to run minimum 10 trips (to & fro) per day on the availiability of passengers. If less trips are done than the amount will be paid after the deductions on prorata rate. 2. Contractor has to kept minimum 1 Driver, 1 Cleaner, 8 Mallah and 1 Chaukidar on the warge. The wages of staff shall be borned by the contractor. 3. For Power Warge contractor has to arrange required P.O.L. at site at his own cost. 4. On the failure of warge due to Mechanical/other defects, contractor has to keep Two boat having capacity of 100 passengers in stand by position so that all passengers can be droped safely on the River bed side. 5. Contractor has to maintain the Power Warge/Boats and emergency boat at his own cost. 6. Working Hrs for Power Warge are from sunrise to sunset everyday. If it neccessary to carry the passengers before sunrise and after sunset, contractor has to avail the written permission from the department. 7. For any accident/incident only contractor is responsible for the same. 8. All rules and provisions of Indian ferry Act 1878 and manual from 28 are the legal bindings on contractors. 9. No Payment of Power Warge or Boats will be made to contractor in case the vessels are idle. 10. In the case of Failure of Power Warge due to any reason/Mechanical defect etc. the boat enagged to carry the passengers in liue of Warge will be paid @ Rs. 800.00 Per Day. 11. Probable period for hire the Vessels is upto 15 Oct. In case water level is too low or too High in which condition Warge/Boats can not shale for the Safety of Passengers life. The Warge/Boat is to be kept idle or remove from the duty for which no payment is made & no claim is admissible. 12. Contractor has to submit the orginal copy of registration and fitness (for Power Warge) with the tender. The fitness of the vessel shall be upto 30th Oct. 2025. If the contractor is not Owner of vessel an affidavit for its rent etc. shall be given in Orginal with the Tender. Failing this the tender is not consider. 13. Boats required on hire at SI No. 2, 3 & 4 will be equiped with atleast 2 Mallah for sailing the boat, 2 Mallah for loading, unloading the passengers and luggage etc. & do vise versa on the Next trip. 14. Contractor should be minimum 2 years experience and All General conditions as per other PWD tender. 15. Boat required at SI No. 3 will be mainly at peak time of Traffic during the day to avoid the over loading causes accidents. 16. Contractor shall submit identity along with photo of his staff on warge & boats with his signature to the Executive Engineer,PD,PWD, Mathura at time of start of work.
