Brick work in Fly Ash Bricks of size 25Cm X 12Cm X 8Cm and having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm in foundation & plinth with C.M (1:6) including splay / cutting, racking out the joints curing, hoisting, staging at any height with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, royalties, taxes, staging, scaffolding, curing, water charges all transportation charges etc. all complete & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excludicng cost of GST).

12mm thick Cemnet Plastering with CM(1:6) proportion, over brick work including racking out the joints, finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding thecorners wherever found necesary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST).

25mm thick graded concrete with C.C(1:2:4) by using H.B chips of 12mm and down grade of approved quality with concrete work and supply of all materials, labour T&P, taxes royalties, curing, scaffolding for all floors & addition of 2% W.P.C , (plastocrete plus) or its equivalent , recron fiber or chicken wire mesh if necessary etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge..(Excluding GST)

R.C.C(1:1.5:3) for R.C.C. works using 12mm to 20mm size H.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality, mixing as per approved design mix, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing including centring & shuttering with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, laboratory charges for performing design mix & testing as per relevant IS code etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding GST).

Dismantling and removing the old damaged shutters, chaukaths, ventilators, shutters with frames including removing the fastenings, depositing the dismantled unusable materials at departmental store with cost supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, all transportations etc. Complete & as directed by Engineer In-Charge..(Excluding GST).

Supplying fitting fixing of Marble 16 mm thick ( premimum Quality ) asapproved by EIC in floors , treads or steps and landing on 12 mm thickbed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 3 sand) jointed with neat cementslury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles includingrubbing and polishing complete including supply of all labour materialtaxes tollage etc all complete but excluding GST as per direction ofEngineer in charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of chequred tiles as apporved by EIC (premimum Quality )in floors , treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1 sand) jointed with neatcement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tilesincluding rubbing and polishing complete including supply of all labourmaterial taxes tollage etc all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of Vitrified floor tiles ( premimum Quality 600x600 mm size)in floors, treads or steps and landing on 12mm thick bedof cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) jointed with neat cement slurymixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and cleaning complete including supply of all labour material taxestollage etc all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineerin charge.

Providing Acoustic treatment with wall panelling 1200mm*600mm size from scatting level by fitting and fixing of G.I frame of 298mm*298mm size,over it provision of glass wool/wood wool of 50mm thick having density of 24 kg,tie up with galvanised wire mesh and galvanised wired to avoid sagging of wools,on top of wool provide 6mm thick ceradeco board of leather finished by screwing,priming with two coat of enamel painting.supply ofallmaterials,labour,transportation,T&P,scaffolding,etc.All complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge,excluding GST.

Providing ,fitting,fixing of PVC 3D Designer Wallpaper of thickness 3mm and size 4.8m*1.05m which cover minimum of 50Sqftper roll over the pre painted smooth wall cover the entire piece of a wall paper roller with proper adhesive and press it into the wall and wipe off excess adhesive that oozed from with supply of all material,T&P,Labour,transportation,scaffolding,taxes etc,all complete as directed by E.I.C, Excluding GST.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymer having sun reflective index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in 03 coats @10.76 ltr/10sqm ,one coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid ( dilution with water) in the ratio of 3:1 and 02 coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid ( dry film thicknesss of complete application / system not less than 500 micron ,the operation shall be carried out after scraping and properly cleaning the surface to remove particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing of precoated Galvolume metal sheet or itsequivalent of 1000 mm width with total coated thickness of 0.5mm. forroof approved quality, drilling hole fixing of wind tie and ridges orvalley including supply of all EPDM screw, ridge pieces, eve board, windties, cutting the sheet to proper profile with supply of all materials,labour, transportation, loading and unloading at both ends, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding cost of GST).

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edged cement concretepaver blocks in footpath, park lawn, drive way or light traffic parkingetc. M30 strength and 80 mm thick ,made by table vibratory methodusing PU mould , laid in required colour & parten over 50 mm thickcompactedbedofsandcompacting and proper embedding /laying ofinter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer throughtvibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sandand cutting the paver blocks as per required size and partern, sweepingthe surface etc all complete with supply of material, labour , t&P taxes tollage etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC

Labour charges for re-laying of salvage over compacted sand layer , propering embbeded and interlocking etc all complete with supply of labour , T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/VIGAC Steel of Fe-500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending,binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including supply of steel, labour, materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all complete but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient).
