REPAIR / REPLACEMENT TO CENTRAL AND PACKAGE TYPE AIR CONDITIONING PLANTS DUCT LINE AND ALLIED WORK AT LC-I, LC-II AND LC-III, SITE A, SITE B AND SITE C AREA AT ITR CHANDIPUR

Labour only for Pressure testing / leak arresting with dry nitrogen gas / oil charging vaccumising, incl replacing the unserviceable strainers all as required and testing complete for the Central type AC plant of capacity 75 TR ITR LC area. Note :- Refregerant Gas, strainers will be measured and paid seperately under supply only items

All as per item no.01 above but for Package type AC plant of capacity 5.5 TR to 16.5 TR at any location/building of ITR area

Supply only for Recharge/Top up refrigerant R- 22 in Central/Package type AC Plants of various capacities complete all as directed .

Supply only for Recharge/Top up refrigerant R- 410/413/407C/R134a or equivalent in various type of Package/Central type AC Plants of various capacities complete all as directed .

Supply and charging/top up of compressor oil in reciprocating type central AC plants, Type : HPL-68 or equivalent as per existing sample (Make : SERVO/INDIAN OIL or equivalent as approved)

Supply, Fabricate and fixing of MS angle/MS plate/flat/rod for cooling tower frame, CT fan base, cooling tower ladders, and all supports made out of suitable size along with welding/MS nuts, bolts and washers, hinges, locking arrangement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including removimg existing unserviceable rusted one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for repair to damage fiber of cooling tower by necessery cutting and patch work by casting to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stainless steel nut & bolts M 8x40 with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Carrying out cleaning and de-scaling of iron deposited in shell and tube type condenser by using chemical suitable with the help of monoblock pump set , recommended by manufacturer manual of the respective plant complete with satisfactory for Capacity 75TR central type Scroll chiller AC Plant at LC-III all specified and directed by Engr - in charge. (Plant Make : Blue Star ) Note:- Descaling of all condensor units done in each job.

M&L for repairing to rusted out sheet of Outdoor unit for package AC by necessery patching work with 2 mm thick steel sheet with welding/ brazing ( Approx area of MS Sheet 0.75 Sqmtrs) to make complete working condition complete all as specified and directed
