All as per Sl Item No.15 above but 6 to 8mm dia bars as in stirrups and spacers.

Material and albour for brickwork with fly ash bricks using modular size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM(1:4) on surfaces of concrete or fair faces of brick work, finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work, finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for finishing the walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters, running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing, neck of security wall of any shape including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel work as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised iron two strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia. barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Each line wire to be measured.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, exc. 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for broken glass coping in cement mortar (1:3) on top of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in with available excavated soil as directed including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil/rock to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting out bricks, forming toothing for and bonding new into old work including value of new materials entering old walls and jointing and pointing in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Measured on vertical face in contact with old wall only.

Material and labour for cutting holes into or through brick walls for inserting PVC spout pipe built in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete n.exc. 150 sq. cm and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and albour for writing letters or figures (Block,Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, exc. 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of plaster priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering to doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete grills ,grating etc, made out of angle and other section.with ends of bars shouldered, including necessary welding steel conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde (Gde-E- 250) qualityA-etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes in brick walls exc. half brick but not exc. one brick in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel framed work as in grills, gratings etc, made out of angle and other section with ends of bars shouldered, including necessary welding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boulder pitching grouted with cement and sand mortar in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of any dexcription and applying two coats of cement based paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes, type 'B' 110 mm bore as in weep holes fixed to wall at locations and spacings as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 450 mm dia concertina razor wire (model BTO 22) consisting of a central core single smooth wire of 2.5 mm (+/- 0.1 mm) dia having ultimate tensile strength of 1670 N/mm2, high carbon wire confirming to 15-4454 Part –I Grade SM duly hot dipped galvanised with minimum coating of 120 gm per sqm and Punched Steel Tape of 0.50mm thick galvanised (minimum coating 120gm/sqm) made from cold rolled steel sheet as per IS-513 and 0.50mm thick barbs of Size 22mm (+/- 1mm) x 16mm (+/- 1mm) with spacing of 35mm (+/- 2mm), the concertina razor wire will be fixed under angle iron neck on top of Boundary Wall (any height) with heavy duty Steel Clip as per IS 2062 and epoxy resin coating for anti corrosion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 600 mm dia concertina razor wire (model BTO 30) consisting of a central core single smooth wire of 2.5 mm (+/- 0.1 mm) dia having ultimate tensile strength of 1670 N/mm 2, high carbon wire confirming to 15-4454 Part –I Grade SM duly hot dipped galvanised with minimum coating of 120 gm per sqm and Punched Steel Tape of 0.50mm thick galvanised (minimum coating 120gm/sqm) made from cold rolled steel sheet as per IS-513 and 0.50mm thick barbs of Size 30mm (+/- 1mm) x 18mm (+/- 1mm) with spacing of 45mm (+/- 2mm), the concertina razor wire will be fixed under angle iron neck on top of Boundary Wall (any height) with heavy duty Steel Clip as per IS 2062 and epoxy resin coating for anti corrosion complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No. 38 & 39: The physical weight of concertina razor wire coil shall be checked & approved by BOO to be ordered by CWE.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Shalitex rubber expansion joint filler board of rubber fixed in joints of vertical post / columns complete all as specified and as directed.
