The subject work will be carried out in phase wise manner (i.e. 16 family quarters in each phase). Estate officer will ensure to vacant these family quarters and handing over the site for repair works accordingly. (All items to be used in this work should be branded and ISI certified or above-mentioned list/CPWD approved list of material may be followed. If any make is not specified, decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final.)
