REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF CENTRALIZED AC AND HEATING SYSTEM OF AMN STORAGE AT KHUNDRU UNDER GE 861 EWS

Comprehensive maintenance of package type AC plant of capacity 3 x 22.7 TR and 3 x 24TR installed at MSL shed and comprising of following equipments complete all as specified and directed. (a) Scroll type compressor -12 Nos (b) Compressor motor-12 Nos (c) Fan motor -06 Nos (d) Air handling unit with blower motor-02 No (e) Electrical control panel cubical type floor mounted complete with main switch, MCCBs, MCBs, Voltmeter, ammeter, automatic star delta starter for compressors, AHU, pumps, etc complete - 01 Set (f) Air supply duct with grill diffusers, dampers and heater back of each complete- 01 Set (g) MS piping, valves, pressure guage, temparature guage, complete-01 Set (h) Digital type thermometer -01 Set (j) Oil tank, Expansion Tank, Glycol Tank (k) Chiller motor, boiler motor, oil tank motor Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to including the following operations :- (a) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipment by regular oiling, greasing etc as per OEM recommendations. (b)To take care of housekeeping, environmental cleanliness of area upto 20m all around installation shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. (c) Cost of consumable stores such as greases, lubricants, cotton waste, refrigerants gas filling for leakages (including cost of gas) and other connected stores etc as required for daily maintenance.

Servicing by dismantling/ disconnecting taking out worn/ defective parts carefully after unscrewing the nuts, bolts, cleaning thoroughly. Repair/ replacement of defective parts to make fully serviceable of 03 x boiler of capacity 85000K Cals including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable burner from oil fired hot water generator and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new burner for boiler of capacity 85000K Cal, automatic monoblock burner assembly as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed

Refilling of Glycol of Chiller plant with anti freeze properties, of glycol concentrate along with the necessary additives and inhibitor in cognition in sealed barrel complete all as specified and directed. Note: The glycol concentrate shall be mixed with potable water supplied by contractor and filled in central pipe line after proper leak test of entire circuit, the glycol water mixture ratio shall be 40:60 or as directed by Engr-in-Charge and freezing temperature should be (-) 25° C.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GLYCOL CIRCULATION single phase monoblock pump of Model No GMC-128, 20m head, KW/HP 0.75/1.11, (25mm x 25mm) for pumping of ethylene glycol complete with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of single/multi-stage, centrifugal, monoblock pump (Hot water pump) of capacity 1.5/2.00 (KW/HP), 22m head, (50mm x 40mm suction/discharge) of Model No KDI-225++ of Kirloskar Brothers or equivalent in other MES approved make, conforming to IS 9079 : 2018 & tested as per IS 5120:1977 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of single/multi-stage, centrifugal, monoblock pump (Hot water pump) of capacity 2.2/3.00 (KW/HP), 22m head, (65mm x 50mm suction/discharge) of Medel No KDI-325++ of Kirloskar Brothers, conforming to IS 9079 : 2018 & tested as per IS 5120:1977 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of flame proof three phase induction motor (for Air Handling Unit) of capacity 7.5 KW/10HP of Model No Ref.PJAM12793/M/c EEGIOF4J Flame Proof Enclosure Ex'd' of Cromptom Greaves Ltd or equivalent in other MES approved make confirming to IS 9079:2018 & tested as per IS 5120:1977 and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed .

Over hauling of Monoblock pump set of capacity upto 3/2 HP after removing from the base plate, disconnecting from pipe line, dismantling the pump set, replacing unserviceable gland packing, gun metal bush, bearing, water seal, applying grease, vibration pad etc. complete and reassembling the pump set connecting with pipe line reconnection of electric supply, including nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. complete testing of pumps for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed

M&L for charging of refrigerant gas R-407R in compressors of air conditioning plant including testing by standing desired pressure complete all as specified and directed.
