Convaying the Exacavated Earth away from the work site by mechnical means with in 5 km lead as per direction of EIC

Supplying and filling Foundation &Plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry laying layers nit exceeding 150 mm thick, watering and ramming including cost conveyance royality and taxes of all materials, cost of labour T & P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

P:C:C: (1:4:8) using 4 cm. size H.G. (C.B) metal including the cost of all materials, labour carriage, royalty etc complete.

C.C. work of M20 grade with 20 mm down grade chips (C.B.) including Hoisting & laying in proper position with cost with cost conveyance taxes labour ,T & P Etc.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:4) in founadtion & plinth and super structure having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2%.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) in super structure having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2%.

12 mm thick C:P (1:6) finished smooth

Cement washing one coat over plastered suface

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer.

Supplying all materials, labour and ladder/scaffolding T&P for art painting/concept painting/3D painting over walls/streets (RCC or Plastered or CC or Bituminous Base Black Top Surface) as per direction of BMC excluding cost of plastic paint admixtures such as fabric strainer, acrylic emulsion etc, with labour charge of artists and helpers,etc all complete (not covered under Govt. of Odisha SOR and hence rate has been adopted as per prevailing average local market rate) = 36.00/sft=387.36/sqm .

Supplying all amterials, albour, T&P and making of out door signage structure board of MS angles including wrought and put up etc. complete.

Painting two coats over a coat of priming over new wood work & Iron work with the cost of primer & paint.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Based on CPWD Item no. 16.68)

Supplying and fixing of Pre cast kerb stone of size 300mmX300mmX150mm of M-30 grade of approved make,design,colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984.(As per SOR-2022 PAGE NO.233 OF ITEM NO.25.17 NEW MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF SL NO.3 i.e Deducting Overhead charges(15%) & Contractor's profit(15%))

Supplying,fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50m dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm X 32mm X 2mm @ 0.90 mtr.C/C and stainless square pipe beaching of size 32mm X 32mm X 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour,T&P etc. requered for the complete in all respect.
