PART A

Supply, delivery at site and storage of sheet steel enclosed compartmentalized, floor mounted dead front, horizontal draw out type12KV, 800A,VCB 3 panel switch board PDB complete with all CTs, PTs, Relays & Meters in compliance with NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of oil cooled 11KV/0.433KV,500 KVA 3Phase 50C/s with a vector group of Dyn-11 transformer complete with all accessories in compliance with NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of sheet steel enclosed, floor mounted 415V Power Distribution Board complete with all components in compliance with NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 110V, 100AH maintenance free type lead acid battery with battery charger & distribution board in compliance with NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 11KV(UE) grade 3C, 185 sq.mm XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armoured cable conforming to IS-7098 Part-II of approved make from Power Supply agency Panel Board to Incoming of HT Panel and from outgoing HT Panels to Transformers.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated Al. Ar. Cables of following sizes.

1.1KV grade 3.5C 300 sq.mm Cable from 500 KVA Transformer LT side to Incomer of 415V PDB.

1.1KV grade 3.5C 185 sq.mm Cable from 415V PDB panel to pump houses and Filter house.

1.1KV grade 3.5C 95 sq.mm Cable from 415V PDB panel to Chemical house.

1.1KV grade 4C 16sq.mm Cable for Battery Charger, OLTC Panel and Lighting etc.

1.1KV grade 2C 6sq.mm Cable for single phase AC & DC supply to instrumentation and supply to HT Panels.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 1.1KV grade multicore PVC insulated 2.5sq.mm stranded copper conductor armoured control cable.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of earthing and lightning protection materials conforming details specified in NIT.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of following Cable Termination Kits for Sub-Station.

Indoor type Heat shrinkable termination kit for 3Core 185 Sq.mm 11KV (UE) XLPEA Cable.

Indoor type Heat shrinkable termination kit for 3.5 Core 300 Sq.mm1.1 KV XLPEA Cable.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of ladder type cable tray for laying of power cable and GI perforated cable tray for laying of control cable at sib-station having proper MS Structural support.

Illumination of Sub-Station and its periphery in line to the technical specification with LED Lightings and exhaust fans, internal & external wiring with GI Couduit etc.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like fire extinguishers, fire buckets, rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box completw.

PART-B

Installation of all items as mentioned in Part-A including supply of all erection materials as required for cable termination with supply of jointing kits, cable supports and clamps etc. including laying of HT & LT Cables through permanent cable trench or directly burried under ground providing GI rack / tray, earthing & lightning protection as per IE Rules to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification. (Cost includes hires charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants etc. for completion of work)

Providing curb angle & removable chequered plate over the open portion of the cable trench inside the Sub-station after installation of the equipment in compliance with NIT Specification and as per direction of EIC & with a provision of lifting lug over the MS chequered plate.

High pressure testing of the Sub-Station including relevant testing of 11KV cable, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal and obtaining approval certificate of Sub-Station from Directorate of Electricity as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Commissioning of the Sub-Station including the cost of high pressure testing & relevant testing of 11 KV HT switch board, transformers, Power Distribution board, cables, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Operation of the entire installation of substation on 24 hours basis including guarding and maintenance for a period of 15 (fifteen) months (3months trial + 12months O & M) are to be provided with supply of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled personnel including watch & ward personnel from the date of commissioning. During maintenance period, supply of all consumable materials, sundries & lubricants are to be supplied. Charges of electrical energy during maintenance period will be borne by the Department.
