Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 mix with simultaneous pointing including cost and conveyance pf all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete for 10 cum

Brick work CM 1:5 mix using good country bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete. (Foundation and Basement)

Collection and supply of 40mm HBG metal and filling in to the leach pits including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25 mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc., complete. Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd oat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (Waterpoof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete.

Plastering with cement 1:5-12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shap and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3

Dazooing of walls with Printed design glazed tiles of size 30cm x 20cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2-10sqm

Supplying and pointing the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrappling the walljs, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffoiding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification.

Painting two coat with reody mixed plastic emulsion of first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorogh scarpping clean removal of dirt etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats over New iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc., complete.
