Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding upto 24mtr height including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of item No. 01 here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper or by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign matrials , loose concrete/aggregate etc and washing down with water as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 6 to 8mm bar, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bar upto 10mm dia as in stirrups cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking ,bending etc and lapping ,welding as directed to the existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufactures instruction/specification. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the steel surface by brush the primer shall have a minimium specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 including cleaning and removing loose concrete from steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and placing in position free flow non shrink cementitious micro concrete of Grade of M-30 to the effected beam, column etc . The micro concrete shall have a minimium 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 30 Mpa, minium tensile strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimium flextural strength 5N/mm2 @ 28days complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of sides and soffits of beams, lintels, floors etc. for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to parapet, RCC wardrobe and similar items for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works n.exc. 200mm thick etc for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to fins, facia, louvers. parapet, chajja etc for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in sides of column, lintel, beam, chajja, facia, railing, RCC wardrobe etc including finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in fins, fascias, louvres, parapets,and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections, segregating serviceable pipe for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 16 above but 25mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 15mm bore unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sq fixed to walls , ceiling or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20mm bore unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sq fixed to walls , ceiling or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 19 above but 25mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubes with all fittings and fixed to wall or in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to new steel surface including preparation of surfaces exceeding 10cm with or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover,governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 Ltr Capacity, hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves size 20 mm dia, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 100mm cast iron Nahani trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA/equivalent brand of PIDILITE)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, type A, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including PVC clip and including taking down existing rain water pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cast iron drain pipes of any dia and any description, jointed in cement mortar obtained either from trenches/wall as required complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Excavation if required, shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix 75mm bore cast iron (Sand cast pipes) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to wall with MS clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100mm bore cast iron (Sand cast pipes) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to wall with MS clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100mm bore cast iron bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 75mm bore cast iron bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 100mm bore cast iron branch pieces, single (equal or unequal), ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 100mm bore cast iron cowls complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description including any treatment there to and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (c) Disposal of old debris/retrieved material to outside the premises or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding laid in slope as per requirement mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Minimum thickness of PCC shall be 50mm. (ii) Integral water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here in after

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in roof with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Apply bituminous primer (IS 3384) @ 0.40 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyester reinforced(4 Kg/Sqm) with 10cm over laps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified.

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall by spray machine after cleaning the surface by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down etc having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Guarantee of smart periodical shall be 5(five) years from the date of completion of the work.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down, removal of nail etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint by spray machine on plastered surface, having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Guarantee of smart periodical shall be 5(five) years from the date of completion of the work.
