Takind down the exsting Solar fence controller and its connected accessories all as specified and directed by Engineer- In-Charge.

Supply, fixing and testing Solar Fence controller operating device ( Make: Silicon Solar System) voltage 12V, 75 Watt peak, DC Voltage input 12V, 100AH, DC battery back up each fence controller having energizers all as specified and directed to achieve the following parameters :- a) Nominal operating voltage shall be between 6000V to 10000V. b) The pulse interval shall be of 1.2 second. c) The pulse duration shall be less than 03 millisecond. Note :- i) Warning and alerts shall be configured for system fault, serious breach and pulse count. ii) LCD display shall display battery voltage, output voltage each zone, fault/alarm each zone. iii) The makes of the component / parts of solar fencing controller shall be as per manufacturer's requirement and shall be of same company as for as possible except batteries. iv) Battery will be measured & paid separately Make : Silicon Solar System / Radiant Energy Technologyy or other techno commercially equivalent model as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs Alarm device operating on 12V, DC having audibility of 125 Db noise level complete all as specified and direced. Note : Alarm must turn ON automatically at all the field controller locations when fence is damaged or voltage drop.

S&F in repairs Intermediate security post 25 mm Square tube x 2mm thick , 1.3 mtr height, 10 line configuration made of hot dipped galvanisation thickness of minimum 70 microns with fixed Insulators clamping riveting suitable to fix on intermediate post assembly all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repirs Fixed insulators made of high density polyethylene UV stabilised having a breakdown voltage of not less than 15 KV and having a shield to prevent arcing between wire and post with glossy surface to prevent accumulation of dust and facilitate cleaning, the construction and design of the insulator shall be such that it will facilitate triggering of an alarm in the event of an intruder attempting to climb, intermediate insulators shall have two wire retaining lugs that shears and breaks upon a load of 30 to 40 Kgs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of End post assembly 1.3 mtr , design comprising of (a) Main post of 1.3 metre high (1.0+0.3 mtr for grouting) ,40mm Square tube mild steel pipe ISI marked 3mm thick with 70 micron hot dip galvanising (b) Support post: 1.3 M long, 25mm Square mild steel pipe ISI marked 2mm thick with 70 micron hot dip galvanising with suitable fixing mechanism all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Fixed insulators Clamps with 70 microns with steel rivets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of End strain hooks hot dip galvanised upto 30 microns facilitate fixing strain insulators and tensoners complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of End strain insulators of high impact, high strength UV polycarbonate material virgin grade capable of withstanding upto 15 KV and shall not allow power leakage complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Joint clamps of Zinc Plating with silver passivation MS material, fastener shall facilitate firm connection of fence strand size upto 4mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Concealed fence configuration link bus bars made of 12 SWG HT wire bus bar connected by metal GI clamps completely to offer highest security with link bus bars used for configuring/looping the power fence at end posts and corner posts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Wire Tighteners made of GI with Aluminium runner to facilitate tensioning of fence strands in both directions and shall have firm locking mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

S&F High tensile wire of 2.59mm with zinc coating of 280 GSM, corrosion resistant, having UTS of 140 Kg/sq.m, as per IS 398 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HV double insulated cable made of two layer insulation, outer insulation of abrasion resistant HDPE and inner insulation of polypropylene, core shall be of 2.5mm galvanised steel, the diameter with inner insulation shall be 4.1mm and the diameter of the cable with both insulation shall be 7.6mm for inter connection between the fence controller and power fence complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm stone aggregate in foundation of fencing poles including necessary formwork fair finished and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing, Re-Installation and commissioning tightening of the loose solar power fence (10 Lines Fence measure as one unit ) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each span equal to distance between two consecutive poles.

Cutting/trimming and clear of trees/branches/vines etc along the boundary wall with solar fence to suitable to carryout repair work of solar fencing line all as specified and as directed. Note : Each span equal to distance between two consecutive poles

S&F in replacement of 20/25 mm dia Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. Make : Sudhakar, Prince, Premier or any other ISI marked conduit.

S&F Super earth kit comprising of non rusting 304 grade stainless steel rod of 10mm dia inserted in moisture absorbent chemical mixture , earth kit weighing minimum 4kg, 4feet long, fastening assembly shall be of hot dip galvanised and made of stainless steel complete including taking Up/down super earth kit with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Digital voltmeter pocket size hand held device for measuring the fence voltage capable of displaying fenced voltage upto 10 KV, having auto turn facility when controller pulse is detected complete complete all as specified and directed.

Opening/striping off transformer 11 KV/ 0.433 KV step down capacity 63 KVA, draining out oil, preserving in container for refill, lifting the core and coil assembly, washing, cleaning dust, dirt and sludge etc., deposited on all parts, replacement of damaged/defective parts, making internal connection, servicing of tap changer and reassembling the transformer including new cork sheet, gasket, nuts, bolts and washer etc and arrest the oil leakages as required check the dielectric strength of transformer oil and refilling transformer oil, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

M&L for Insulating (transformer) oil conforming to IS-335 for filling, toping up of transformers duly filtered having diclectric breaking strength 45 KV for one minute .

Cutting of trees and tree branches of girth up to 20cm and to a distance of 3M on both sides of LT/HT OH line complete all as directed. Note: The distance between two adjacent poles will be considered as one span.

Supply & install 11 KV 3 Phase Gang operated air break switch with drop out fuses set ( consisting 12 Nos Post Insulator ) 400 amp capacity, vertical mounting with fixed and moving contacts complete with locking arrangement and fixing the gang operated switch on existing two/four pole structure including making all jumper connections with insulated leads of suitable size with line tops etc, inclduing Dismantling burnt / defective Gang Operated Switch keeping away from site , all as specifed and directed.

M & L cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Outoor termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE Armoured aluminium cable of size 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers of any size from excavated trench of any size all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area.

Laying only old reinforced PCC cable cover of any size as retrieved from serial item No- 37 above, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover HV class type - I with size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 10cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as directed complete all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Supply & laying of GI pipe of the following sizes and medium grade complete with fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, caps, plugs, unions and screwed socket joints etc) laid in trenches complete including Taking up or down old unserviceable GI tubing connection including disconnection of fittings from tubing where required all as directed by Engr-in-Charge, of following sizes
