REPAIR MAINT OF FLOAT VALVES GATE VALVES TANK NIPPLE ETC AT GE (AF) TAMBARAM

Attending day to day complaint related to plumbing works like Repair / Replacement of bib taps/stop cocks/gate valves / pillar cocks/ float valves/Wall mixers/flushing cistern/health faucet/two way tap/shower rose and repair/refixing of sink/WHB/plate rack by deploying sufficient skiled and unskilled manpower on daily basis complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No 1 :- Number of skilled and unskilled manpower shall be increased as directed by Engr in charge depanding upon the requirement/number of complaints registered upon the complaint cell. Incase of failure on providing sufficient manpower by the contractor , a penalty at the rate of Rs 1000/- for skilled person per day and Rs 600/- for unskilled person per day shall be levied on the contractor in RARs.Necessary transportation, tools,plants, ladders etc including nails, screws,Wooden/Plastic gatta, Washers, teflon tape, brackets,rawel plugs and similar other minor accessories shall be provided by the contractor with out any cost..The payment of the item no 1(a) to1(h) will be done only after entire completion supply and fixing of fittings and with out any damage of existing surface. if any damage during installation the same shall be make good by the contractor with out any extra cost.

Supply only(for attending day to day complaints against item no 1) Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only(for attending day to day complaints against item no 1) Bib taps long body, cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only(for attending day to day complaints against item no 1) chromium plated fancy type Stop valves cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only(for attending day to day complaints against item no 1) Pillar tap, cast copper alloy,chromium plated fancy type, screwed down high pressure with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe of 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only(for attending day to day complaints against item no 1) brass chromium plated shower rose of size 125mm with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only(for attending day to day complaints against item no 1) Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only(for attending day to day complaints against item no 1) PVC flushing cistern of 10 litres capacity, low or high level with valveless syphonic action and float value, pull knob including brackets, PVC connection, PVC flush pipe 32 mm dia etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only15mm bore two way bib cock chromium plated , fancy type,(for attending day to day complaints against item no 1) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down or up steel tubing 15 mm bore of pipe and connections on wall / floor complete and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
