Dismentiling, taking down unserviceable feeder pillar and Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in renewal of totally enclosed feeder pillar outdoor type fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type (independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs, bus bar chamber enclosed complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC supply internally wired with copper conductor having legs 90 cms made out of 50x50x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonary platform upto 45 cms. Brick masonary platform should be 60 cms above the Ground Level. Comprising the following:- .Note:- (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar. (ii) Fabrication of feeder pillar box to be approved by CPRI width of the panel not less than 75 cms. (iii) Cost for construction of platform for panel of brick masonary work in CM 1:6 with foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 including plaster work, PCC copping 1:2:4 (40 mm thick stone aggerate), deemed to be included in the item rate. No Extra payment will be made. (iv) MCCB's should be connected with extensions terminals at both side (incoming and outgoing).

M&L for Bus bar chamber of size 750 x 600 x 500 mm outdoor pedestal type, factory made, powder coated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC supply having legs 90 cms made out of 50x50x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonry platform upto 45 cms. Brick masonry platform should be 60 cms above the Ground Level. Comprising the following:- Note:- (i) 01 set of 500 Amps TPN aluminum bus bar of length suitable for fixing minimum 6 cables and of resection as per design with colour codding. Bus bars shall be designed to with stand a fault level of 36 KA at 415 volts. (ii) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar. (iii) Fabrication of feeder pillar box to be approved by CPRI width of the panel not less than 30 cms. (iv) Cost for construction of platform for panel of brick masonry work in CM 1:6 with foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 including plaster work, PCC copping 1:2:4 (40 mm thick stone aggregate), deemed to be included in the item rate. No Extra payment will be made. (v) After fixing the bus bar panel, all electric connections will be made without any extra cost all as specified and directed.

Taking out the broken hinges/unserviceable hinges & door handles from feeder pillar/LT Panel and replace with cold rolled MS hinges of appropriate size through spot welding & Mild steel sliding door bolt including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and 2 coat of powder coated spray painting inside & outside the panel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the burnt bus bar of any capacity and length, by disconnecting copper cable inter connections including insulators from feeder pillar/LT Panel & reftting the same after cleaning with emery paper including replacing bus bar insulators, S/S nut bolts ,washers appropriate size of copper cable inter connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the damaged/deshaped CRCA sheets from LT Panel/feeder pillar box and replacing with new CRCA sheets having thickness 3mm including making necessary adjustment and alignment to make the existing feeder pillar/LT Panel to its required shape and size including with 2 coats of powder coated spray painting inside and outside the complete panel all as specified and directed.

Taking out the existing unserviceable voltmeter, ammeter, phase indication lamps, CTs of any description and size and S&F digital voltmeter, ammeter, phase indication lamps, CTs as per existing capacity and sizes all as specified and directed. Make :- L& T equivalent in AE / Enercon /Rishab.
