(A) ELECTRICAL WORK

Supply of following size of 1.1 kv grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS:7098:1988 with upto date amendments.

(a) 3 X 35 sqmm

Supply of following size of 1.1 kv grade multicore copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS: 7098:1988 with upto date amendments.

(a) 3 X 4 sqmm

Supplying of following size HDPE pipe (PN8, PE 80 grade) ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

(a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of following size HDPE pipe (PN8, PE 80 grade) DWC / HDPE ISI marked along with all accessory like socket, bend, coupler etc. complete with fitting and cutting joints etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

(a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required.

(a) upto 35 sqmm

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and suitable lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheated / XLPE following conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required .

(a) 3 X 35 sqmm, Aluminum Conductor Cable

(b) 3 X 4 sqmm, Copper Conductor Cable

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of suitable size Out door type Power Enclosure made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet Double Door with locking arrangement, cancopy and duly power coated/epoxy painted, mounted on 25 x 25 x 5 angle iron frame at a height of 1.5 m above the ground level with frangible leg coupling, suitable PCC foundation/platform and having following accessories etc. complete as required.

(a) 20 Amps DP MCB‐01 No. (Incomer)

(b) 16 Amps DP MCB‐01 No. (Outgoing)

(c) 6 Amps DP MCB‐03 No. (Outgoing)

(d) Power distribution board with 05 nos. of 5 Amps 3 Pin Sockets ‐01 No. (Outgoing in separate compartment).

(e) 9 W LED Lamp having auto switching on/off with panel main door opening/closing

(f) Provision of separate compartments having sufficient space for installation of UPS upto 3 KVA and backup batteries including providing ventilation fan on both sides fro free air flow arrangement and insect trap mesh, canopy.

(a) Power distribution board with 04 nos. of 5 Amps 3 Pin Sockets ‐01 No. and controlled with 6 A DP MCB and separate din rail.

(b) 9 W LED Lamp having auto switching on/off with panel main door opening/closing

SITC of 2KVA capacity Online UPS suitable for input voltage range of 150 ‐ 280 Volts, Single Phase, 50 Hz, AC input supply and Constant output of 220 volt AC pure sine wave having 15 minutes back up capacity with 8Nos. 12V, 7AH SMF batteries, short circuit, over load, battery deep discharge & overcharge protection etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply of Racks & Accessories Signal cabinet enclosure should have IP-66 protection with free airflow arrangement and insect trap mesh.Enclose should have the following:

Supply of HDPE PLB Duct Pipe of size 50mm OD, PE-100, PN-6 as per IS:4984 of complete as required.

Laying of Upto 63mm outer dia PLB HDPE/HDPE Pipe with HDD trenchless method direct in ground in all type soil including 4 mm PP rope coupling of pipe, etc. complete (1.5 to 3 mtr below in normal roads/soil runways and taxiways) in all respect as per specification. (Cost of HDPE Pipe is not included in the item)

Supply and Fixing of Route/Joint Indicators, painting and sign writing of Route/Joint Indicators, as per specifications.

Network Adaptor/ Media converter with all accessories like 12 Port Fully loaded LIU, Patch curds, SC - LC/ SC-SC (3 meter) coupler, Fiber Pigtails, 8 port PoE Giga L-2 switch Two SFP polulates.

Laying of one number 12 fiber OFC cable in the Existing PLB HDPE pipe / Cable Tray as required.

(B) CIVIL WORK

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator ) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:

(a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

(b) 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineering-in-Charge.
