Refrigerant Piping: Supply , Installation, Testing & commissioning of Hard drawn copper tube complete with all accessories and support between indoor & outdoor units RMT indicated is for set of piping (Liquid+ Gas) between indoor and outdoor machine, (individual piping will not be measured]. Piping should be laid in GI tray with proper clamping. 1 1/8"' ,5/8" Copper piping or equivivalent to the system.

Supply, laying & termination of copper cable from Departmental power supply to IDU & between IDU and ODU unit. Complete with lug fitting, ferruling, gland fitting etc. All Cable should be laid in GI tray.

GI DUCT: Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications and as per SMACNA standard of following sheet thickness complete as required. Thickness 0.63 mm sheet ( 24 SWG)

SITC PVC drain pipe having pressure holding of 6kg/cm2. Drain piping complete with all accessories with 12mm Nitrile Rubber Insulation.. Dia 25mm

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper/Non Return damper 18 guage GI. frame & 20 guage GI blades complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc, as per specifications.

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fusible link type fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes . The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply & fixing of Fire retardant synthetic canvass connection with a provision to measure the canvass temperature at the mouth of package units & plenum with all fixing arrangement, nut bolts, hardware’s etc. as instructed and as directed by EIC for above package units.

Removing of existing water cooled package unit x 1 Nos of 11TR water cooled package AC including Condenser pipe removing & blank off with blind flange, cabling, copper piping, duct removing etc. including other items required to clear the space for new unit installation as directed by EIC-ES. Note:Removed items to be shifted in campus location as directed by EIC.

Replacement of switch gear in existing feeder as per suitable capacity and as directed and as instructed by EIC-ES
