Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete Nominal Mix 1:1.5:3 using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of cement at site but excluding cost and fabrication of steel but including cost of formwork, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, curing concrete, Working at heights, soft water, hire charges for tools and Plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete for Stem of Retaining Wall and Parapet.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M25 (Design Mix) using ISS HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of cement at site but excluding cost and fabrication of steel but including cost of formwork and centering, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, curing concrete, Working at heights, soft water, hire charges for tools and Plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete for Bottom of Slab , Side Walls and Top Slab of BOX CULVERT.

Supply and fabrication of Fe.500D steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc, complete.

Vibrated Reinforced cement of grade M30 design mix using ISS size graded HBG metal including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site with nominal reinforcement as per MORT&H specification , including all labour charges for mixing concrete laying, vibrating Hirecharges for Tools and Plants, compacting, curing with all leads of soft water,including and all other incidental charges form work cost of premoulded expansion joints and fixing the same in position etc.,complete for Crash Barriyar type RCC Parapet over Box Culvert

Providing and laying of filter media with granular materials / stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MORT & H specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing walls and return walls to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and techinical specifications.

Filling behind outer walls of Box Culvert with clean gritty free draining gravel including cost and draining gravel having PHI value more than 35 conveyance of gravel to worksite, laying, handling charges and filling in layers tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density, including watering, with all leads for water and all other incidental charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing PVC seepage pipes of 110mm dia of required lengths for abutments and wings including costs and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for fixing, etc. complete to drain the backfill in between abutment and wings.

Supply of NP3 class RCC pipe with flush joint to a size of 1000mm inner diameter with wall thickness 115mm. to a length of 2.5m in RCC M35 with reinforcement as per table 5 of IS :458:2003 to a ultimate load capacity of 71.58 KN/Linearmeter including cost of conveyance of all matrials and steel including moulding charges, all labour charge, hire charges for all T & P including conveyance and supply of pipe to worksite and other incidental charges etc., as per the specification IS : 458:2003 as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 2900, 900.

Hoisting and fixing of 1000 mm dia NP3 pipes to proper gradient including labour and all other incidental charges as directed by the Engineer as per MORTH No.2900.

Picking 5cm to 10cm old metalled surface and sectioning and clearing away from the site and depositing the debris including labour charges for picking etc., complete as directed by the Engineer as per standard specification and also as per MORTH No.111,112,202

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5
