| 10 | Removing existing paint with commercial paint remover, clean the surface to be coated, free from all loose material, dirt,oil,grease etc. by wire brush, scrubber, abrasive wheel on electric grinder inside and outside of feeder pillar.Repairing and restoring of all damaged/corroded/broken/metallic surfaces of feeder pillar box along with support angle and structure including top,bottom, all sides and cable gland base of the box as per requiremnt to bring back original profile of feeder pillar.Application of special cleaner/ conditioner which converts corrsion to docile form at instant for feeder pillar. Application of special primer coat pack which is formed by cold metalizing process consisting of active ceramic with anodized alumina which forms a dot matrix coating on the surface which gives better adhesion with substrates good corrosion resistance. Carrying out anti corrosive treatment to feeder pillar of MCCB's, MCB's, fuses, switches etc. by applying air dry non fading PU paint of RAL desired shade which protects surface from UV. | 300 | Set | 14,875 | ₹44,62,500 |
