Repairing of broken edges, corner etc of chajjas, lintles, roof, brick surfaces at any position/location, at any height and making good the broken surfaces with cement and sand mortar 1:4 or PCC 1:11/2:3 type A using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate over chiken wire mesh fixed with nails properly after dismantling the damaged/broken portion/surface with and including necessary use & waste of form work as required and finishing the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the roots of trees from the brick walls / stone wall made in cement mortar exc half and not exc one brick thick wall and making good the disturbed surfaces including coating of paving hot bitumen to arrest further growth to the roots with the cement sand mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall, ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish out side the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing rubbish out side the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on ceiling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
