Curing Compound: Immediately after striking the form work or after completion of the repair works, the surface should be sprayed water once and followed by application f membrane based curing compound like Concure WB of Fosroc or equivalent diluted with water in the ratio of 1: 1 as a curing membrane - Complete. The rate shall include cost of equipment, plants, materials, sand, instrumentation, hiring of boat, catamaran, pontoon, labour and survey, fuel etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Protective coating with MCU Coating: Clean the surface with power grinding to remove laitance, curing compounds, oil, grease, wax, corrosion strains, dirt and dust accumulation. The entire concrete surface to be protected shall be cleaned using high pressure water jetting to achieve a concrete surface profile compatible with primer and top coat of Moisture Cure Polyurea. Apply single component Moisture Cure Polyurea, one primer coat and one mid-coat each of 100 microns dry film thickness with MCU Miomastic and followed by top coat with MCU Topcoat of 75 Microns Dry film thickness by brush/ roller or air spray system manufactured by M/s MCU International Coatings or equivalent and coverage would be as per manufacturer’s recommendation and datasheet etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.
