Annual Maintenance Contract AMC of 3 No. Passenger Lift OTIS Make in the newly constructed DDU Hospital Shimla for the year w.e.f 18.12.2025 to 17.12.2026 MC No. D2MU 4368,69,70.

Regular examination, lubrication and Adjustment of the equipment and planned maintenance in the systematic manner and replacement of parts as detailed below:-

(i) Renew all wires ropes and chain to mainteain an adequate factor of safety, to equalie tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cables and hoist way and machine room elevator wiring,

(iii) Examine periodically all safty devices and governor and all customary safty test.

(iv) The firm will provide emergency minor adjustment call back services 24 hours on all working days and as well as holidays/ Sunday. The firm will maintain the lift in reliable and efficient operating conditions.
