ROAD MAINTENANCE Clearing and grubbing road land including prooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of un-serviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum having required P.I. value with sand admixture if required, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 407 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

PAVEMENT REPAIRS Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Providing & applying tack coat with rapid setting (RS-1) Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying tack coat @ 0.20 K.g / Sqm using mechanical means as per Cluse No. 501, 503 and Section 900 and all relevant sections/ clauses of the Mort&h specification for road and bridgeworks of Ministry of Road Transfport& Highway (5th Revision) & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with SDBC .Providing 25mm compacted thick S.D.B.C. of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complet

ROAD SAFETY MAINTENANCE Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed cover 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3mm/4mm thick aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3 mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
