1 To Provide the services of a videographer and/or photographer for covering specific events/work whenever needed by the department against a work order on pre- approved rates.
2 To Design creatives for Newspapers/Hoardings/Banners/Standee/Backdrop/Leaflets/Poster/ Brochures/ Booklet.
3 To produce quality AV content for use of Department on its social media platforms and otherwise, on demand. This may include obtaining stock footage, creation/ purchase of background music or voice- overs, scripting, shoots.
4 To develop and design print materials like annual reports, IEC material, brochures, collateral book, activity compilations etc. on pre-approved Government or on any other rates approved by the department.
5 To run Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute thematic campaigns aligned with Department Goals on budget approved by the department.
· Van Promotion Activity for minimum 1000 KMs per month (Rate per KM)
· (Components of Branded Mobile Van Unit)
· One branded vehicle (Preferably TATA 407/709, Eicher or similar vehicle)
· AV equipment- LCD (42 inch), Good Sound System
· Laptop and Internet Connectivity
· Printer (Optional)
· GPS Navigation system with mobile tracking device
· PA system: two microphones, one amplifier, One Horn Fitted on Top of the Van
· Generator/ Inverter
· Kiosk (Canopy) 6"X6'X7' with one table & chair
· Team of 2 manpower- (1 Van Supervisor and 1 Driver)
· Any other facility/ equipment, as may be specified by LRMWWD
Note:- • The lowest rate with GST shall be determined as per lowest value of Group -A basis only. The additional items in Group B may or may not be used during the assignment, hence for the purpose of L1, only the rate of Group-A will be considered. • No extra charges will be paid over and above the contract amount on account of any other charges (existing or future addition) or on any other account. • It shall be noted that the bidder has to enter the rates in the excel sheet uploaded in the on portal. In addition to aforesaid point, bidder shall enter the total cost (same as mentioned in excel sheet).However, the Department shall consider the excel sheet for evaluating the financial rates.
