Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth for Laying of UG cable getting out soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil or soft rock.

Removal of surplus soil/ rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Hot dip Galvanized Perforated cable tray of 14 SWG ,size 50 mm (h) x 200 mm (w) complete with nuts bolts washers and including all accessories for mounting and supporting the cable tray system & coupler for Raceway of suitable size ,cable clamp complete all as specified & directed.Note:- No sch of credit it is used for improvement and proper laying of existing cables fixed on wall.

Taking up exisiting 1.1 KV grade XLPE cable of any cross section area and any size by disconnecting from LT Panel,DBs from wall (from any height),floor without damaging it to re-use the same by re-arranging it as per site requirement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re-laying 1.1 KV grade XLPE cable of any cross section area and size on cable tray and making electrical connections icnluding lugs etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , Install & testing of CPRI approved OEM main LT panel outdoor type made of modular polycarbonate thermoplastic enclosures of size 1400 X 2485 X 795 mm including MCCB , indicating lamp and other accessories which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4; The panel should be anti acid and anti corrosive .Degree of protection against mechanical load IK 08 (5 joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. MS Channel of size 40x40x6mm . The manufacture shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The panel should have bottom cable entry with MS legs of not less than 60cm height including necessary earth/PCC work . The manufacture shall submit a copy of TEST REPORT of board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1.
