Supply & Installation of copper refrigerant piping of suitable diameter compatible with the refrigerant gas (eco friendly) & air conditioner model with insulation/nitrile rubber sleeves (19 mm thk), end connections with appropriate clamping / supporting arrangement,making holes in walls with core cutting, providing sleeves & proper finishing for connectivity from indoor to outdoor unit etc all complete as directed by MDL Engineer Insulation Preferred make - SUPERLON/K-FLEX/ARMACELL Note: Copper tubing work would be measured in running meters in one direction along the length from indoor unit to outdoor unit considering suction & discharge tubing as one combined set. Suction & discharge piping are not considered seperately one from another for arriving at the BOQ quantity. For payment purpose 3 mtrs.of copper refrigerant piping per A.C unit will be deducted, since these are standard free supply with each A.C unit from Vendor/Manufacturer of A.C.

Structural steel work bolted or welded in buit up sections, truss and framed work for safety Railing, platform etc. as per drawing including necessary Anchor fastners for fixing of Brackets. Including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved enamel paint all etc. all complete and as per directives of MDL Engineer
