Complete removal of existing treatment on wall / roof projections (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) with mechanical sander grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applyingTwo coat of oil bound distemper with roller over and including 1mm thick putty on old treated/ complete removal surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer [email protected] ltr per 10 sqm to be carried out through air less spray machines (Mechanical means).

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, colum etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished exc 5sqm each and thickness of RCC using coarse sand in patches area not each and thickness of RCC member n.exc 70mm at any height complete all as specified. Note : - Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included.

M & L for taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 15mm thick in two layers of 10+5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with Water proofing compound (10mm thick in bottom and 5mm thick with WPC in top layer )for external walls complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC to be measured and paid separately.(Work has to be executed to a height of 4 storey)

M & L for taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed withWPC for internal walls complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC to be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water Proofing Compound. Make shall be approved by GE.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squars n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size,quqlity or description) from wooden frame or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazing with putty or fixed with beads complete.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping and like including weathering slightly rounded/chamfered angles with & including necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete complete.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:6 etc, including all mouldings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified

NOTE :The periodical services will be executed as per requirements of the follwing buildings as below :- (a) Bldg No :-SM 341 to 344 (b) Bldg No :- ACE 1 TO 26 (c) 11 General Road, Vikram path (e) Demo Bty,EME, ASC,ARO,AMN Dump,AB Road ,General road,Demo Bn

The quoted rates shall be deemed of include following provisions:- (i) Removal of plants/ trees of girth n ex 30 sc from roof tops/ sides, external walls of bldg, Chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/ CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/ slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-O of cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/ taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/ staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground lever complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department . The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (iii) The debris including vegetation plant/ trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n. exc 1.00 km all as directed by engineer –in-charge. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out above work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted rates shall be deemed to include the same. (v) All works to be executed upto a height of 04 story buildings. (vi) All works to be executed only after erecting double scaffolding using 'H' frames.
