Laying of following size control cable in the trench from control panel and C&R panel to various 132/33 KV isolators (BI & LI) for semaphore indication of isolators /earth switch open and close position on control panels and its drawing,shading /binding at every one meter distance with aluminum strip of size 25x1 mm .work including carriage of cable drum from store to work site and shifting of back to store after completion of work. The details of bays at 132 KV S/s Meja Road Praygarj are listed below

132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F –( 04 no Isolators), 63 MVA T/F (04 no isolator) ,132 KV Masauli bay ( 03 no isolator and o1 no earth switch),132 KV Jigna bay ( 03 no isolator and o1 no earth switch),132 KV Kosdakala bay( 03 no isolator and o1 no earth switch) a) 4Cx 2.5 mm2

Laying of following size control cable in the trench from C&R panel to various 33 KV isolators (BI,LI &EW) for semaphore indication of isolators/earth switch open and close position on C&R panels and drawing its, its shading /binding at every one meter distance with aluminum strip of size 25x1 mm .work also include making the proper size 15 no holes for fixing of new semaphore in Venson make triple feeder panel and carriage of cable drum from store to work site and shifting of back to store after completion of work for 08 no (08x3 ) 33 KV Feeders and 02 no(02x3) 33 KV 2x 5 MVAR capacitor bank. a) 4Cx2.55 mm2

Termination of 4Cx2.5 mm2 size cable as per cable schedule work include making necessary holes for glands, on plate or box where required and supply and fixing of cable glands /ferrule /lugs of appropriate size to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification. a) 4Cx2.55 mm2

Laying of control /metering cable in the trench from C&R panel of both capacitor banks to apex meter for measurement of power factor of load .work include drawing of cable , its shading /binding at every in one meter distance with aluminum strip of size 25x1 mm ,termination of cables at panel and apex meter side and providing & fixing of 24 no TB in apex meter and carriage of cable drum from store to work site and shifting of back to store after completion of work. a) 4Cx2.55 mm2

Overhauling / repairing of 12 no auxiliary switch mechanism of 132/33 KV Isolators. Work include to check the changing the position of NO and NC contact inbuilt in auxiliary switch during opening and closing operation of concerning Isolators.

Supply and fixing of 110 volt,12 mA, MIMIC (LED) semaphore indicator of 72 mm cutout , in the place of damaged semaphore indicator mounted on different panels installed at 132 KV S/s Mejaroad.
