M&L hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stones complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, laid in alternate bays, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement with pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as directed bg engram in charge

M&L brick work with Fly ash bricks old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with Fly ash bricks' old size brick straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 35mm precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate louvers and jallies including all mouldings set in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M & L two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation and one coat of chalk white of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with use water proofing compound, surface finished even and smooth complete. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Form work Use and waste to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, plinth beam, side and soffits of plinth beam and similar works in vertical or to batter of fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix ) type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams ; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc ; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, beam , slab etc hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel Framed work as in doors or sliding gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. S&F 6 mm thick solid polycarbonate sheet, in roofing fixed with suitable 2 mm thick powder coated aluminium of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) profile H or Ɪ section (H & Ɪ base and cape aluminium profile ) roofing profile for quality connection with supporting structure with appropriate top and bottom gasket enables joining and sealing of two polycarbonate sheet at intermediate and end profile for expansion of sheets and prevention of water penetration from joints , including corner coupler (L shape ) and T joining element without visible self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note -: All aluminium profile / channels incl rubber gasket etc mentioned above shall be include in quoted rate.

M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar as in backing coat of stone on fair face of brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
