Supply and installation of poly carbonated sheet (size 30x10 ft ) for poly trench green house Nubra

The contractor will fabricate the steel trussed structure along with roofing complete in all respect as per approved specifications of department on already completed masonry structure with load bearing walls:1. Door :Door size of 5’x2’6” made of triple layer 16mm polycarbonate sheet with rectangular MS angle iron (40-42x40.42x5-5.1 mm) on four sides (edges of polycarbonate): outer door frame made of MS angle iron (50-52x50-52x6-6.2mm) 2. Window: One (3’x1’6” approx.) on south facing metal frame. 3. Above ground metallic frame: MS rectangular hollow pipe (48.52x48.52x3.2.3.6mm): duly banded in required shape at approx.1’9” distance (at Centre horizontally (9 Nos) and 3’-3’3” vertically (12 Nos) as per width of the polycarbonate sheet: joints welded/nut bolt: pipes paint with red oxide and enameled coated. 4. Cladding material: Clear white triple layer polycarbonate sheet: 16 mm thick, UV protected on both sides (90-100 microns on the top as well as at the bottom) Polycarbonate should be fixed with extra support of aluminum beading (60x3mm width), fixed with nuts and bolts with silicon washer, and silicon sealing of gaps (if any): polycarbonate joints should be on the metallic frame. 5. Pipe for irrigation : 3 feet 50-65mm dia PVC pipe for irrigation. 6. Others: No wooden material or mud bricks should be used in the structure.
