M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 20mm graded trap agg, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of anti fungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel Fe-290 (Gde E-165) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St. 240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk), forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) Quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc. 500 ltr and n.exc. 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connections of 15 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connections of 20 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of 20 mm outer dia, SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of 25 mm outer dia, SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing TMT bars mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips for stiffner of chainlink fencing complete all as specified and directed.
