Dismantling the spalled / distressed RCC and loose particles from the existing concrete including roughening the surface after thorough cleaning, rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using OP cement with 12 to 20mm machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Providing centering and shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Dismantling the Pressed tiles(weathering) including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift etc., complete.

Terrace flooring (weathering) one course of pressed tiles 200x200x20 mm over cm 1:3 20 mm thk mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointing with the same oiled mortar with required slope over RCC roof slab including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Providing two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion (interior walls) of first class quality paint & approved colour over a priming coat including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Providing aluminium glass windows after removing the existing damaged aluminium window frame with hinges from the walls and devolution to department store, fabricating and supplying of 1.50m x 1.50m size aluminium window using top and bottom and vertical in 65 x 38 x 2.5mm and the proper aluminium clipping fixing the top & bottom each 12 Nos 5.5mm wired glass strip 100mm width for each side and required length rest 12mm aluminium channel and side clip and lock used as louvers and ventilators after complete side plastering in CM 1:3 for the jamp rate including cost of aluminium materials, labours, lead & lift, etc., complete.

Dismantling the damaged GI sheets including removal of rafters including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, devolution to stores etc., complete.

Supplying and providing new GALVALUME SHEETS of 0.47mm thick rate including cost of all materials, fixtures, bolts / rivets with all lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Providing PCC 1:2:4 mix using OP/PP cement with 12 mm to 20 mm chips including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for the old steel surface including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.
