It is responsibility of the tenderer that they ensure to see anycorrigendum of the tender to check the corrigendum on thewebsite from time to time.

The tenderer shall inspect the proposed site of work andacquaint himself/themselves with the site conditions, workinghours, layout of laid trees and shrubs that he/they cut formaking stacking, space for aggregates approach road, path wayavailable working area, local conditions etc. and all otherrelevant items connected with the execution of the work. Noclaims shall been entertained from the contractors for makinghis/their own arrangement for approaches/approach roads etc.in and outside Rly Land and contractor will bear entire expensessuch as road taxes, payment for right of way etc. to outsidersand for constructions of approaches/approach road etc.

The tenderers shall not add any conditions on their own either intheir covering letter or in the tender documents while submittingtheir offer. Any such conditions if stated and if are in violation ofthe Railways tender conditions or having financial implicationmay lead to summary rejection of the offer. Railway reserves theright to rejects such tenders summarily without assigning anyreasons whatsoever.

It is the responsibility of contractor to arrange the payment ofthe labour employed for the work through bank and to deduct PFas per the provisions of Minimum Wages Act.

In case of any wrong information submitted by tenderer, thecontract shall be terminated, Earnest money Deposit(EMD),Performance Guarantee(PG) and Security Deposit (SD) ofcontract forfeited and agency barred for doing business onentire Indian Railways for 5 (five) years.

The railway reserves the right of verify all statements,information and documents submitted by the bidder in histender offer, and the bidder shall, when so required by theRailway, make available all such information, evidence anddocuments as may be necessary for such verification. Any suchverification or lack of such verification, by the railway shall notbe relieve then bidder of its obligations or liabilities hereundernor will it affect any rights of the Railway thereunder.

General Arrangement drawing for the work can be seen in theoffice of the Dy. CE/Br Line/ WCR BPL's office at any time duringthe office hours. These drawing are only for the guidance for thecontractor. Detail working drawing if required based generallyon the drawing mentioned above and various conditionmentioned in tender documents shall be submitted by thetenderer for approval of the same by railway.

The tenderer(s) / Contractor(s)shall upload along with the tenderphoto state copy of credentials for having successfully executedworks of similar nature and required magnitude in the recentpast. Tenders not accompanying with these documents areliable to be rejected.

The tenderer(s) / Contractor (S) shall upload a list of works which are currently being executed by them, their contact value and date of completion.

As per Railway Board Letter No. 2022/CE-I/GCC-2022/POLICY/Pt.I (E-3320424) dated 13.03.2026 and Indian Railways Standard General Conditions of Contract, April 2022 (Advance Correction SIip No. 11) para 5 "For tenders having advertised value more than Rs 10 crore wherein eligibility criteria include Bid Capacity also, the tenderer will be qualified only if its available bid capacity is equal to or more than the total bid value of the present tender".
