Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soils including saturated soil comprising of Pick, Jumper , blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling, wedging-out of rock where blasting is prohibited, their intermediate classification of soil, setting-out true to the required lines, grades, side slopes, trimming bottoms to levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site according to HP.PWD; specification of 1990 Vol-I and sorting-out useful/ un –useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of useful/ un-useful materials for filling in road ways camber, embankments for grades, improvement and leveling to required grade and disposing of all surplus excavated earth in acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanically means alongwith its leveling, fine dressing and all labour, machineries, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidental, necessary to complete the work by mechanised means and labour if required. All useful materials such as stones , shingles, aggregates and slates shall be sorted- out and stacked along road side. Any loss of the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall to be duly compensated by him in all respect as per direction of ;the Engineer- in- Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper blasting both soft & hard rock chiseling/ wedging out of rocks and disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed and disposal of all excavated earth with in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed under flooring,including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete. excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 50mm (Fifty millimeter) thick, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802,803, 1202 &1203 P.C.C. M-10(1) (Mechanical mix and vibrated graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimeter) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling any floor/height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, in Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) Partition and the like including attached pilasters thickness in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
