Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 25 litre capacity electric storage type water heater, with steel outer body and porcelain/enamel-coated steel inner storage tank, suitable for 230 V, single phase, 50 Hz AC supply, with heating element up to 2.0 kW capacity, BEE 5-Star rated, complete with thermostat, thermal/over-temperature protection, safety/pressure relief valve, NRV, inlet/outlet connection pieces and all necessary standard accessories including 4 Nos. grouting bolts with nuts and washers, drilling and grouting on existing stone wall, proper fixing, alignment and levelling, and making good all disturbed grout stone surface. The item shall include all necessary materials and accessories, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge and warranty shall be as per the manufacturer's standard warranty terms and conditions.
