Note: (a) The work for item Sr. No.1 to 17 shall be executed directly by company or their authorised applicator. Applicator shall be authorised in writing by company and guarantee / resposibility of work executed shall be owned by company in writing. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, labours tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto 3 to 20 mtr height. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts,ropes,helmets,netting etc. which are required for safety of working at height exceeding 3 to 20 mtr height shall be mandatory and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates. (d) Contractor shall produce insurance of labour employment before execution of work. M&L for drilling hole in RCC/Bricks structures using drilling machine up to a depth of 15 mm and 18 mm dia, removing dust, etc by vacuum cleaner and blowers, providing and fixing of heavy grade PVC pipe nipple 15 mm dia, 75 mm long, @ 1.0 mtr c/c in both direction and injecting cement slurry mixed with liquid integral waterproofing compound which shall confirms to IS 2645-2003. having specific gravity 1.1-1.2 gms/cc, chloride content: Nil as per IS 2645-2003 & cement modifier of make : Thermax Ltd /Carlisle Syntec Middle East/ SNI Infra Tech Pvt Ltd/ Kryton Build Mat Co Pvt Ltd, having specific gravity of 1.02 and Cementations based plasticized grout admixture, @ 225 gm/50kg of cement bag through nipple and closing ends nipple epoxy putty/silica jelly after injecting the chemicals mixed with cement slurry complete all as specified and directed. Mixed with water, it cures forming a coating, with limited thickness which resists the penetration of water to achieve compressive strength of 36 N/mm in 3 days, adhesion bond strength of 8.2 N/mm Coating to be applied after proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, Cleaning, Mixing using slow speed electric drill and application of 2 coats. M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.

It is reinforced with specially designed bean shaped, alkali resistant synthetic fibers for exceptional resistance to cracking. It is recommended for repair situations requiring application of mortar up to 40mm thickness in one layer. The product shall achieve a compressive strength of 11 MPa in 1 day & 30 MPa in 28 days and a minimum flexural strength of 6 MPa @ 7 days. It shall have a tensile strength of minimum 2 MPa. The coating to be applied on wall shall be liquid applied highly durable waterproof coating system for wall, based on high quality acrylic emulsion, functional filler, sunlight stable pigment and quality fungicides. It shall have properties that provide features like crack bridging ability, breathability, flexibility & exterior durability and resists micro-organism growth.It shall cover hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm effectively.
