Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : —New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm). (DSR 13.46.1)

Providing and fixing factory made reinforced cement concrete fine finished Cylindrical Bollard of 150 mm dia & minimum 950 mm height made up of Heavy Duty M-35 Grade as per IRC 103 - 2022. The cylindrical portion consists of 2 cuts of 75 mm height at top for reflectors & make identifiable by using high reflective tape. The bollards is reinforced with 4 No. 10 mm dia, 1400 mm Long TMT steel bars (925 mm in concrete & 300 mm for grouting it is grout at the time of fixing) and 6mm dia stirrups at 150 mm centre to centre & embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block size of 1'-0" x 1’0” x 1’-6”. The rates also includes cost of making pit on all type of surfaces, repair it surrounding area with same material, all leads and lifts of material, malba etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
