Formation of Bedding Layer for rubble mound Breakwater with quarry run hard blue granite stone of weight up to 1Kg - 10kg having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 as per approved design and drawing including quarrying, loading transporting by tippers/lorries weighing in the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, dumping, placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes 1 : 1.5 on both sides with necessary equipment and devices as per the drawings and specification etc complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is also inclusive of placing, sectioning and finishing with necessary equipment and devices and hire and operational charges of tools and plants etc. (The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) laden weight minus unladden weight). Formation of Toe Berm Layer for rubble mound Breakwater with hard blue granite stone of weight ranging from 300 Kg to 500 Kg having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 and as nearly cubical as possible as per approved design and drawing. The rate is inclusive of quarrying, loading at quarry using crane and other tools and plants as required, transporting by tippers/ lorries weighing on the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, Unloading/dumping placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes of 1 : 1.5 using crane and floating equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is inclusive of placing sectioning and finishing with necessary equipments and devices and hire and operational charges of tools and plants etc. (The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) ladden weight minus unladden weight). The contractor has to make his own arrangements for weigh bridge.

Formation of Armour Layer for rubble mound Breakwater with hard blue granite stone of weight ranging from 1000 kg to 2000 Kg having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 and as nearly cubical as possible as per approved design and drawing. The rate is inclusive of quarrying, loading at quarry using crane and other tools and plants as required, transporting by tippers/ lorries weighing on the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, Unloading/dumping placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes of 1 : 1.5 using crane and floating equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is inclusive of placing sectioning and finishing with necessary equipments and devices and hire and operational charges of tools and plants etc. (The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) ladden weight minus unladden weight). The contractor has to make his own arrangements for weigh bridge.

Providing concrete Tetra pod weighing 2T in plain cement concete M35 grade using In-situ concrete batching plant / Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) adopting weigh batch method in accordance with IS: 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly with minimum cement content of 430kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser/superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 Cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 Cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, including conveyance of concrete from batching plant to work site, electricity charges and other works & labour cost involved for concrete production, casting, including vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials). Tetrapod cast is inclusive of charges for moulding, loading, unloading, transporting, placing in position as per approved design and slope over Armour layer of rubble mound groyne etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removal of sludge, slush, silt, debris, plastic waste, water weeds, using appropriate special machineries like dredger along the cutter section having maximum capacity of 300cum solids per hour which can dredge to a maximum of 8.00m depth and dispose the dredged material to a maximum of 4Km on either one of the outer slope of river banks whichever is convenient as per the prevailing site conditions for easy conveyance and jungle clearance by pumping operation along with suitable pipeline and other required accessories with other mechanical devices for the entire stretch to reach the bank. the rates including cost of transportation, Mobilization and demobilization of machinery, hire charges, cost of fuel, labour charges for surveying and operation of dredger, crew and other related works etc.

Providing pre-cast cement concrete block of different sizes in Standardised Concrete Mix M-35 Grade using In-situ Concrete batching plant/ Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) adopting weigh batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 40mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly with 10% plums by volume of concrete with minimum cement content of 400kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability and laying them in position for the block walls of quay as directed using suitable frame including cost of materials, Mould, form work mixing, laying, completing, finishing, curing, lifting arrangements, handling, transporting and placing with the help of suitable crane or any other device whenever required and other acessories and appliances etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical support @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade using In-situ Concrete batching plant/ Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) adopting weigh batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including Conveyance of concrete from batching plant to Work site, Electricity charges and other works & labour cost involved for concrete production, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Mixing by mechanical means

Providing Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175microns thickness and upto 300 microns to reinforcement of all diameters as per IS 13620/1993 including testing of coating at plant.The cost is inclusive of cost on account of careful handling, PVC coated binding wires, touchup material supplied by coating agency, repair work, loading, unloading and strengthening of bend rods etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Supplying and Fixing in position pipe bollard of 300mm dia as per drawing and as directed at site including mateials, transporting, handling, cutting, mixing, placing wherever necessary including filling the hollow portion of pipe bollard with M35 proportion, painting the exposed surface area of steel members with one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer wiht a minimum dry film thickness of 25 microns followed by two coats of coal tar expoxy paint with a total dry film thickness of 2 coats of 200 microns etc inclulding all labour, materials, tools, transport etc complete as directed by department officers

Supplying and fixing tyre fender at 1.25m centre to centre including fixing charge embeded with 18 mm dia ms chain and 20 mm rod embdeded in the RCC sity concrete including cost of all materials labour charges, welding charges fixing with reinforcement grills etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position galvanised mild steel Mooring rings 32mm @ 2m c /c embeded in concrete deck all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions including all labour, material and equipment etc Complete.

Earth work Open excavation by Mechanical Means for Open Earthwork in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting in- clusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 100 mts and clearing and levelling including dressing of sides and raming of bottoms etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. A). Upto 2.40m Depth.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with Sand Gravel mix in ratio of 1:3 in layers of not more than 15cm thick thoroughly mixed, well watered, rammed with surface vibrator and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 150 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Supplying and laying of Impregnated Bitumen pad 20mm thick 75mm depth for expansion joints as per standard specifications and as directed including all labour for operations, tools, plants and equipments, fuel etc complete as directed by department officers

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 60W x 2nos all-in-one integrated LED solar street lightsystemwith 7m free standing double arm Bracket 8 sided octagonally continously tapered structure pole with base plate of size 250x250x12mm as per IS -875, 150w solar panel, 40AH po4 Lithium Battery in Built panel 60W LED Luminary - IP65, Inbuilt charge Controller, Auto updown Climate Changer and all other necessary Foundation etc and as directed by the Departmental officers.(The octagonal pole with following specification Bottom Pole Dia - 140mm,Top Pole Dia - 70 mm Thickness of Pole - 3 mm. The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO-1461 with thickness of 65 Micron)
