Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound ( Grade A bitumen) for sealing of expansion and transverse joint in road complete as per direction of EIC/OIC .
Forming 25 mm thick expansion joints across 300mm depth of concrete pavement @45 metre c/c, during casting, by providing & fixing ISA 50x50x6 through out the joint & Flat 50x6 @ 600mm c/c as hold fast with split ends including welding & application of steel primer of approved quality, filled with 25 x 12 poly sulphide sealant over baker rod, along with providing & placing 25 mm dia MS Round bars of 1130mm long(500mm in one slab & 605mm in another slab with cork fixed by 3.15TH Metal Cap/PVC Sleeve) with bitumen coating, spaced at 200 mm c/c through hydrocell board, complete as specified and as directed by EIC.(Rates for providing of all items in this description are included, not to be paid separately)
Providing & Painting runway/taxi track/apron/concrete pavement marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make, after applying water thinnable cement primer on surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre, as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. A) New work
