Servicing of 40 KVA DG Set (Make Cummins): The Job includes complete servicing of 40 KVA DG Set which includes a periodic maintenance service that includes changing of engine oil, oil fuel filter and air filters, coolant and refilling of the same with new fresh one. The job further includes change of air cleaner element, both primary and safety one with the new one. Job further includes pouring of distilled water for batteries. The job also includes proper cleaning of the site and testing of the DG Set on full load after its routine servicing the consumables, tools and tackles, transportation are be to provided by the contractor.

Servicing of Servo stabiltzer unit 40 kva, 3-Phase. 90-230 V (Input Range) 225 V (output): Replacement of damaged carbon brushes with new, high-grade carbon brushes suitable for servo motor application. Top-up of fresh transformer oil of appropriate grade (as per IS 335 or equivalent) up to the required level, ensuring proper insulation and cooling performance Thorough inspection and cleaning of internal components to ensure smooth operation post-repair. Testing of the stabilizer under no-load and load conditions to confirm optimal functionality Also Job includes providing and fitting of Two no. of PCB Cards

Servicing of 08 no. of Refrigeration units along with refilling of Refrigerant Gas (R 22) to the cold store machines. The job further includes providing and fitting of 02 no. of sensors. The job further includes leakage tests if any. After the completion of the said work, all the machines are to be made run on full load.
