Excavation of soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sectins, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead with in Airport permises etc complete as per direction by engineer-in-charge.(Ref. MORTH Specification section -301) Note:(payment will be made for excavated quantity in cutting only as per level calculation).

Excavation for grading work in hard rock(blasting prohibited) with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to lowlaying areas of within Airport premises as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of embankment with available excavated earth deposited at site from other locations with spreading, neatly leveling /grading and compacting layer to achieve the desired levels and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2 of Morth specifications i.e., not less than 75% of density as per direction of Engineering in Charge. (Ref. MORTH Specification section - 305) Note: (payment will be made for filling quantity only as per level calculation).

Loosening levelling and compacting original ground scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixes with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling as given in table 300-2 i.e., not less than 75% of density as per direction of engineer-in-charge. (Note: This item applicable wherever Item No: 1 & 2 not applicable.)

Providing and laying non-pressure NP3 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 900 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 M sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing Structural design and drawings for RCC Box culverts / Drain as per relevant IS codes. The structural designer shall ensure final drawings duly stamped "Good for construction" be issued. The structural drawings shall got proof checked/vetted from the independent Institutes either any IIT/ NIT/ Govt. Engineering Colleges and agency shall submit the design and drawings for final approval of AAI. This item includes all cost for design including proof checking/vetting of design etc.

Taking out the samples from the proposed sugrade level in the specified locations and conducting the CBR and other test as per AAI particular specification and relevant code including submission pf detaild report alond with recommendations if any tec complete as deircted by t he Engineer-in-charge.

Conducting Plate load test for determination of Modulus of Sub-grade reaction (K value) at proposed subgrade level as per IS relevant codes.The cost inclusive of conveyance the test labour etc and charges for tools,testing equipments scientific equipments in the pecifies locations including submisssion pf detailed report along with recommendations if any etc complete as directed by the EIC
