Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete in foundation for bridge structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-Ten) (nominal mix 1:3:6, (one cement: three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre nominal size) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Supplying ,fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure in all heights including cost of binding wire and cost for cutting binding and placing in position of bars complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002,1010 and 1202 as per drawing and technical specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying filter media with granular material /crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm( six hundred millimetre )with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment , wing wall and return wall to the full height, compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE ( bearings) of minimum120 tonne load capacity consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part-I & II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MoRTH Specifications complete as per drawing and approved Technical Specifications including mechanical transport within all leads and lifts. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. Providing , furnishing and placing reinforced / Prestressed cement concrete design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of grade M-25 (M-twenty five) with minimum cement contents of 400 kg (four hundred kilogramme) per cubic metre and crushed stone aggregate using concrete mixer in superstructure for bed plate, dirt wall and pier cap including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and fixing precast RCC railing with mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete of mix design to obtain minimum compressive strength of grade M-30 (M-thirty) (with graded crushed stone aggregate 12 mm(twelve millimetre nominal size) true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm (two thousand millimetre) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying of compression seal joint consisting of steel armoured nosing at two edges of the joint gap suitably anchored to the deck concrete and a preformed chloroprene elastomer or closed cell foam joint sealer compressed and fixed into the joint gap with special adhesive binder to cater for a horizontal movement upto 40 mm (forty millimetre) and vertical movement of 3 mm (three millimetre) and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1603.1 Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material obtained from borrow pits and laid in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm ( two hundred millimetres) spreading to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 kN static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD specifications to lines, grades, level and cross sections as per drawings or directions of the Engineer-in-charge including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including hauling of materials for construction of embankment within all leads and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts and drains etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetres) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing, direction of Engineer in charge and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimetres) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical : twenty horizental) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals.
