Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50mm deep but n.exc 100mm deep all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camberrequired and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Preparing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a tack coat @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen of VG -10 and material and labour for providing 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 6% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 paving bitumen, with mechanical paver, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller as specified an directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by bushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10sqm of paving bitumen of VG-10 and material and labour for providing 30mm thick (consilidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 6% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 paving bitumen, with mechanical paver, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) VG-30 Paving bitumen content beyond 6% if required on account of design mix shall not be paid and shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

Supply and Fixed in repair mandatory sign board of different symbol having rectro-reflective sheeting letters with boarsd size 1200x900mm in rectangular shape on both sides incl stainless steel work as in frame and two posts 40mm dia stainless steel pipe as in required length at site Note : Writing letters of mandatory signs will be directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes,arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with retro reflective Thermoplastic road marking Paint(white or golden yellow colour) complete all as specified and directed.
